Surgical Services

We offer a wide array of surgical services. We have a modern and well equipped surgical suite outfitted with advanced monitoring and anesthesia equipment. Our veterinarians are experienced in soft tissue and certain orthopedic surgeries. Our veterinary technicians are certified and licensed and attend to your pet's every need before, during and after their surgical procedure. We routinely perform surgeries in the following areas:

Canine and Feline neuters (with some procedures available to pocket pets)
Canine and Feline Spay
Hernia repair
Stenotic nares (narrow nostril) repair
Eye surgery including entropion repairs, enucleation, and nictitans gland replacement ("cherry eye")
Laceration repair
Orthopedic surgeries including uncomplicated fracture repair, some arthrodesis, and amputation
Gastrointestinal surgeries
Cystotomy for bladder stones
Splenectomy
Mass or dermal growth removal
Aural (ear) hematoma
Mastectomy

Some procedures are better served by referral to a surgical specialist (complex orthopedics, thoracic procedures, liver or pancreatic surgeries) and should that be the case, we will arrange for that consultation.
