Our 4 certified veterinary technicians and 1 technician are skilled in all aspects of veterinary medicine. They are trained in assisting the doctors in physical exams, maintaining and monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures and taking and processing radiographs. Among many other tasks they administer medications and vaccines, apply splints and bandages, and perform laboratory procedures.
Katy has been with Fremont Veterinary Clinic since day one. She even helped move into the building. Among her Technician and Management duties, she is responsible for the entire clinic inventory.
Judy joined the Fremont Family in 1988. She spends most of her days as our surgery technician; she is also one of the two original members in Oregon of the American Veterinary Dental Technician Society.
Susan has been with the clinic since 2000. She is the one you usually see when you bring your pet in for technician appointments, she is also responsible for the Human Resources for the clinic.
Tesa came to Fremont Veterinary Clinic in 2001. She came with a strong aspiration to become a certified technician. In 2003 she challenged the national board exams and became certified. Her interest includes but is not limited to surgery, patient care and laboratory procedures.
Dan started at Fremont in Housekeeping/Patient Care in 2001. He has grown into the responsibilities of a technician. In 2007 he went to Texas to study sonography (ultrasound/echocardiogram). After completing the four sets of courses he obtained his certification of completion in advanced imaging in 2008.
