Office Staff

Our knowledgeable and proficient Client Care Representiatives are here to provide you with assistance in fulfulling your pet's needs. As well as greeting you and your pet with a smile, they are readily available to facilitate you needs when setting appointments, having your pets' prescritptions refilled or when you are looking to have questions answered.

Pat has been with us since 1982 (she claims she was 3 when she started). While she spends a bit of time in our reception area she is responsible for the clinic's bookkeeping. She shares her office with her bullmastiffs, Ripley, her 125 pounder, and Pender (Ripley's sidekick) who are always game for a cookie.

Barbara joined the staff of FVC in 1998. She opens her heart to all who come with an empathetic ear. Barbara has a soft spot for collies and golden retrievers and is the founder of one of Portland's collie rescue groups.

Heather joined the FVC family in 2007. Not only is she an essential member of our front office staff, she is also a student at Portland State University working toward her BA in business. She volunteers at Animal Aid and fosters pets for them. Heather is a proud foster parent to her teenage goddaughter and they share their love with their dogs Dolce and Scooby and kitty's Brownie and Ma-ki.

Bruce became a member of the team 4/2010. He brought a whole new deminsion to the front office. Bruce enjoys working with people and their pets as it shows in his interactions throughout the entire clinic. He In his spare time he takes pleasure in home brewing beer and wine. In a side note about Bruce, His true name is Bruce Wayne - like in Batman.

Kelley joined the team in April 2010. She is gifted with  endless energy and an adorable smile. In her very little amount of time that she isn't here hard at work, she is burried in her incredibly difficult math books. She is  working toward her college degree. Kelleys cat Drako and her dog Molly help make her and her boyfriends house a home. She also has a severe passion for gardening and painting
